Room was dirty. Microwave handle was greasy. Curtains had stains and there was what appeared to be a booger on the wall behind the couch. Breakfast offered was decent and staff was friendly. But this hotel was dirty. Also didn’t like that you have to pay for parking. It wasn’t listed in the Expedia details or else I would have looked else were

This is a nice property. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok...nothing special. The room had a nice living area, although the lighting was not bright. The bathroom configuarion was odd - the door opened and just barely missed hitting the toilet. You had to be careful if for any reason you left the door open. The shower curtain did not do a good job of holding the water in the tub, so the floor was often extremely wet when you got out. It was great having laundry services available in the building.

If you are looking for a survival place to stay, its great. The perimeter seemed like phoenix and the inside was not glorious. Highly would recommend spending a pretty penny at the gila resort. I was blown away by their rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel so many times that I’ve honestly lost count. The last time I stayed here was in July, and I returned again in August. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this hotel. I checked in on Friday, and as soon as I entered my room, I realized the air conditioning was not working. I immediately called the front desk, and an employee came to the room. He confirmed that they were having problems with the air conditioning. I asked if he could move me to another room or have maintenance come and fix the problem. He simply told me no and said that there were no other rooms available. What was even more frustrating was that I could clearly see on the hotel’s app that there were rooms available. He told me that if I didn’t want to stay in the room without air conditioning, the only thing he could do was cancel my reservation. I was honestly about to cry. I had traveled from New Mexico with my two babies—one a newborn and the other only two years old. We were exhausted after traveling, and finding another hotel at the last minute was extremely difficult. I repeatedly tried to give him different options and asked him to please find some way to help us, but he never showed any intention of helping. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and even mocking. There was absolutely no empathy or concern for our situation. I even asked him why, if they already knew they were having problems with the air conditioning, they had not notified me beforehand or canceled my reservation instead of letting me arrive with two babies and then leaving me to figure everything out myself. His response was that it was not his job and that it was the company’s responsibility. He also told me that he recommended I not come back to the hotel because, in a few months, it supposedly wouldn’t even be usable because of how old it was.

the location was good for what i needed. the check out was quick. it didnt mention anything about paying for parking which was dissapointing. the air conditioning in the room didnt work so we requested to swap rooms, the front desk said itd be a 2 queen room since we were in a king suite, the room ended up being a single queen and i still paid the king room price. the check in guy was a total creep and made us feel uncomfortable during check in, preventing us from wanting to go back again.

Check in was easy Everything else. The rooms are filthy! Listen to me, they are FILTHY! Visible dust hangs from the "popcorn" textured ceiling. There's dirt along the edges and corners of the walls. The room smells musty. The room's AC doesn't work, so there are portable ACs in the room that don't circulate enough air. In the middle of the night, the room filled with the scent of gas. The clerk said she could come and see what was wrong, but she was clueless too. She thought maybe the curtain was blocking the AC and that was causing it. We won't visit again.

Clean and tidy, but note some staff was not very friendly/helpful. Have to pay for parking as well :(

Wonderful staff, morning chow not too bad, easy access to freeway, eats place nearby, quiet room and clean

The staff were very nice. Our room was a good size, but the beds were not aligned with their boxes, so part of it hung out in walkway (?) The bathroom sink faucets turned at the base instead of at the lever--so we had to pull hard to turn. Swimming pool needed to be cleaned. For one night it was suffice.

The room’s A/C would not cool properly and stayed around 77°F. The shower barely drained, leaving us standing in backed-up water while showering, and the main sink also would not drain properly. Even worse, we found what appeared to be blood stains in the room. We have photos and video documenting these issues. Traveling with a sick baby and a crib made simply packing everything up and changing rooms extremely difficult, which is why we dealt with the conditions and reported everything afterward. I contacted both Hilton and Expedia. Hilton opened a case and told me there would be follow-up, but I never received one. Expedia documented the complaint as well, but there was no meaningful resolution there either. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience or one isolated maintenance problem. Multiple basic aspects of the room were unacceptable, and the lack of follow-up afterward made the experience even worse. Based on both the condition of the room and how the complaint was handled, I cannot recommend staying here.
