Young lady that works during the night is not friendly nor helpful. She just sits on her phone all night and if she comes out it’s just to complain with customers about anything she can think of. She has ZERO personable skills and not approachable at all. The day shift young man is amazing.

The spa tub. The room was not properly cleaned, there was bugs behind the front door and on the spa tub. I had to bleach down the spa tub myself. The toilet was broken & ran all night.. the ac unit leaked water behind the bed. The refrigerator was rusted and all broken in the inside. The tv did not work, and there was noise outside all night! And there was no breakfast the next morning, the Ac wouldn’t stay on. The price I paid was not worth the stay!!

Everything was great. We stayed for over a week and the staff is amazing attentive. There was only one clerk that worked overnight, she was very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever and she just was walking around complaining to people about something that was wrong or they were doing wrong. She was the only one that was very.

Small parking lot. Odor of the room. Towels were clean but stained. They don't serve breakfast, which is fine, but should at least have coffee in the lobby for guests. Not enough coffee in room. No outside sitting area.

Clean, quiet and very close to I-10

The refrigerator did not work and the room smelled wet The. AC turned off like every four hours so when you sleep, it gets hot. There was not breakfast like it stated when booking.
