Deomt desk staffs were cold, blank and horrible. It made me feel like they were the owner’s children or relatives. Bad attitude. Never go back again.

I arrived very late and I was given a very nice room and a late check out for the next day.

Quick stay before an early morning flight but the room was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for a good nights rest.

The room was somehow noisy due to the sound comes from the motor planted on the ground (It probabily is the central external unit for the AC system) located by the window side of our room. Though it may be mostly full house, the hotel should at least orally recognize returning customers.

Staff at check-in was not friendly. Room was very clean. Towels were not very plush, seamed a little worn out. There were NO creamers in the room, only powdered! The breakfast buffet, at $14.99 per person, was definitely not worth it. Food selection and quality was poor.
