Very safe property

Fine traditional hotel with outstanding breakfast included. Beautiful neighborhood for running, biking or hiking and convenient shopping village nearby.

Superb

Nice rooms Their restaurant was a Sports Bar but we were ensured by the front desk the foot was excellent. It was NOT! Very poor quality food, poor service, and a dispute with the bar manager over a drink price hurt the hotel's score.

Accommodations, setting, amenities, fitness center and pool, and breakfast Parking was difficult because the parking garage was closed

Beautiful property, great staff, awesome extras..definitely worth your dollar.

We came to the Rizzo for freshman move in weekend at UNC chapel hill. Already a bit emotional, I was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff associate who greeted me with a smile and several cold bottled waters (for myself and the rest of the family who was still in the car). This was just the beginning of an amazing experience. The room was amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was gorgeous and the amenities were top notch. The pool was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was out of this world. Every time we return to chapel hill, we will be staying here. Thanks so much for making a difference- the Rizzo made our college move-in weekend even better than we could have imagined!

Room was very clean, breakfast was very good!

It is a beautiful property with many extras such as a pantry stocked with drinks and treats for the guests and a served breakfast.

Great property, breakfast and amenities! Pool is well maintained and staff were very helpful. Also, unlimited ice cream!

Great place to celebrate our son’s graduation from UNC!

Beautiful area, comfortable bed and room, delicious breakfast! Great location!

Check was easy and front desk staff very nice and welcoming. I have stayed here several times and it is always a very pleasant. Highly recommend.

This is such a great place to stay. The rooms are super clean and quiet, the beds are firm and comfortable, the breakfast, fitness center, pool, and guest pantry are fantastic amenities. The staff is courteous and helpful. There were not any things that I did not like. Everything contributed to a pleasant, seamlessly smooth stay in the middle of a long road trip.

the breakfast was the best selection! The staff was warm and friendly. And the additional snacks was over the top wonderful.

Pretty room and property. Very well kept.
