El hotel esta hermoso y la habitación perfecta y muy bonita me encantó que puedo salir sin llebar mi carro porque ellos tienen transporte y los empleados muy amables nosotros no hablamos inglés pero nos podemos comunicar muy bien y el hotel esta muy limpio el desayuno esta mas o menos pues no hay tanta variedad para escoger pero de ahí todo lo demás pesrfecto

I booked a room with a King bed and ended up with 2 queens. It was a terrible mattress with terrible pillows. I was charged for breakfast when I had already paid for breakfast when I booked. The ceiling was dripping into the dining area… The pool maybe would fit 10 people max. For the price I expected better I guess

The room was very nice. Convenient to downtown. Meals are pricy. Water was luke warm at best. We had a maintenance man check and he said it was hot. It was not. Don't expect a hot shower.

Location and friendliness of the front of the staff Now You have to pay for parking, which I was not made aware of when booking the reservation and the dirtiness of the shower floor.

The beds are very comfortable! Staff is great and very helpful and friendly. Patty at the front desk was helpful and very friendly! I would not do breakfast there again, the staff was good but the food was sub-par and the 6.00 cappuccino wasn’t drinkable. We will be back!

Floor in the suite was greasy and slippery. We asked house keeping to mop, they did, it was still slippery. Shower is poorly designed and floods bathroom with water running down the doors. Pool was very dirty, even after cleaning. The staff was helpful and responsive to our complaints.
