Convient off the interstate and close restaurants near hy The rude neighbors screaming early in the morning and the gentleman in his truck blasting music in his truck at 11 pm

The room was clean and the sheets and bathroom was cleaned too. The rates were exceptional. The location is great. The staff were friendly. There were bed bugs and I was the only one that gotten bit. It was me and my husband and children. We had to leave. Hopefully it’s resolved now.

The manager Herschel is awesome! He runs a tight ship at the East Ridge location and handles guests with so much respect and efficiency. He is courteous and knowledgeable about the overall process and makes the necessary accommodations to meet our needs. Very clean rooms and no pests. We highly recommend booking here! No complaints whatsoever

We weren’t there long when we found out there were bed bugs that’s always been a fear they did swap our rooms but I had to go spend 65 dollars to make sure another room and our things didn’t have them and had to go home and completely clean everything thoroughly before entering our house
