Coffee station ok. Danishes were stale. Fresh continental or none at all. Plus they charged the wrong cc when we were right there and we had to straighten it out later when we found out.

This was our second or third time staying here, and it’s always one of the cleanest accommodations we’ve experienced. It’s easy to get to, and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower clean with a nice adjustable shower head. I love that there was both a microwave and a fridge in the king room. Nothing really. If I had to get picky, the only thing I was missing was not having more choice in tv channels—there’s a lot of the same types of shows. I’d like a home/garden and/or food network. Other than that, we have nothing negative to say and will book again if we come back to western N.C..

Everything was nice except the bed and pillows. Bed was not comfortable and pillows need upgraded. Everything else was great!

I did not even get to stay at the hotel because I have a service dog and they said they don't have to go by the federal law for my service dog because the property is on the Indian reservation. I booked online so 5 days later I am still waiting on my $175 refund!

Close proximity to casino. Pleasant staff. Could have been cleaner. Heat. Air and return vents very dirty Not horrible, just Could use a good deep clean.
