Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

Clean AC way too cold! Did not need any as it was a cool day. It took forever to warm up after I turned the AC off! Breakfast was good but not enough variety-no meat, no muffins or pastry of any kind.

Beautiful building and nicely done remodel. They were very busy, but the staff was helpful and attentive. Lovely stay with delicious breakfast included.

The updated rooms are spacious and I really liked the walk in shower. The two front desk people were very nice and allowed us an early check in. The breakfast was re-filled by a very nice breakfast attendant. The front lobby is huge and we appreciated all the tables and chairs for visiting with our family. The only negative was a woman working in the bar was so loud and we were sitting in the lobby and could hear her yelling at customers- very obnoxious. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The convenient location was the only redeeming thing about this property. So very unclean... Everywhere. I had three rooms and they all had stained linens and very dirty bathrooms. I couldn't stand the mess in the shower, so I put a towel down to stand on while showering. The breakfast buffet was pitiful and the linens were crusted with days' worth of spilled food. The bar closed earlier than posted hours, so no chance for an evening drink. No functioning electric outlet on my side of the king bed. Gunk in our toilet upon arrival. Overworked desk clerk upon arrival who couldn't help with much. She tried her best but the eye rolling gave away her frustration. No security to deal with rowdy beer crowd in the lobby. One of my top five worst-ever hotel stays.

I don't think our room was cleaned. I checked for bed bugs and none so that was good... looks like clean sheets on both beds. But floor was not swept and moped and the bathroom wasn't cleaned either or mirrors weren't clean they were both dirty. Had clean towels. I think they only changed linen and that's it. The breakfast was not the best either. Scrambled ggs were little wet and running and waffles were pre-made and rubbery. Just not good. 2nd morning we went out to eat. I used to like coming here but next time I think I'll pay a little more and stay next door at the Springfield by Fairfield.

They were busy, room not ready for one hour, they allow dogs but no rules about staying w animal and we had 2 different dogs barking for 3 hours until their owners returned. Kinda stressful.

Great place to stay

Sheets and mattress cover dirty and stained. Shower floor dirty and mold in corners and main bathroom floor dirty. We looked at second room, it was the same. We did no stay there.

It was conveniently located to I 80 and a Subway sandwich store. My room was noisy because it was adjacent to the elevator. Also, the breakfast buffet was lacking.
