Everything was awesome but there was no microwave and we needed one

We loved our stay at RIU. The hotel was walkable to Navy Pier and several great restaurants and shops. The only complaint I can think of is the bathroom door not shutting completely unless it was locked (made your shower chilly). We would definitely stay here again!

This was, by far, one of the best value-to-cost properties I've stayed with during a work trip. The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel and the people were great!

Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Great central location to Lucasfilm activities.

It was my first time in Chicago and the RIU made the experience fun and easy. The room was absolutely spotless! Bravo to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was a hit and very well organized, also very clean, bravo to that staff too! Rooftop was a gem, only thing I would’ve liked better were the heaters to be turned on earlier and not be so spread out, my mom and I ended up leaving too early because of how cold it was. The barbacoa tacos were to die for (chef’s kiss). My favorite part is that once you check out, they can store your bags so you could keep exploring the city. It was such a delight and I will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed how clean the rooms were and how very helpful the staff were! We had accidentally left a few things behind, the staff quickly notified us and we were able to retrieve our things!! Very thankful for the honesty shown by the cleaning staff!

Déjeuner incroyable. Propre et très beau.

Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Great location just off Magnificent Mile. Walk to great restaurants. Too train from airport and just a few short blocks walking to the hotel. Fabulous breakfast with endless choices. Really enjoyed the roof deck for cocktails, views and light dinner.

Lovely hotel. Loved the room only wish I had a view. Hotel Staff was great. The breakfast buffet was good especially since it is complimentary. Only complaint it was to many people at one time for me. Rooftop bar excellent and the people who worked at the rooftop restaurant were great!

27th floor bar was amazing. The rooms and facilities are just a concrete box

Loved everything about this place. Didn't want to have to leave.
