Good location and parking, but the room has poor soundproofing, we can here the noise from outside

Amazing view, very clean room

The property was beautiful and clean with a beautiful view. The staff on Saturday night were great. They were very professional and helpful. The Sunday morning staff however were not so professional and were rude. Overall I have to say that I enjoyed the property and the fact that it’s within walking distance of some of the things that I wanted to do.

Such a beautiful stay! I wish I could say the same about the staff. Kinda rude but overall the room was amazing!

We had a great stay at Level Chicago – River North! The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was gorgeous - spacious, clean and comfortable. The building had great amenities (we especially loved the pool 😍) and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago someday! ❤️🌆

A very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a very nice building and a great location with everything close by. Extremely satisfied with this stay and will come back. It met all my high expectations!

Beautiful large room with balcony and the location was perfect. Short walk to the river walk and tons of restaurants nearby. Elevator was a little tricky but fine once we got the hang of it. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for our needs on this particular trip. The entire kitchen was very useful. And the bathroom was clean as well. Having to call each time to gain access to the garage to park. The parking space available not being wide enough to accommodate a large SUV with car seats installed. No access to a luggage cart upon check in and check out. Having no access to housekeeping even after calling and making a request which was acknowledged, documented and scheduled to be fulfilled. Having no access to trash pickup or the trash chute as it was broken. Being told to bring trash down ourselves daily which was necessary as we stayed with small children. Some staff friendly and others not so much.
