I came into town for a reunion. Hadn’t been back to Chico in 10 years.
-
Did not have breakfast that day even though it was advertised as available. It was the sole reason we booked the room with them was because breakfast was provided. We had a tight schedule and couldn’t stop elsewhere for food.

Staff was courteous and professional. Really enjoyed staying here. There is only one thing that was upsetting. The ELEVATOR would automatically close onto me everytime. Being handicapped, the door would slam into me everytime. 5 to 8 second closure. Both ELEVATORS were set the same. Other guests would have to hold open the door so I could make it in.
