Stay was fine. Staff is friendly. Facility looks like it needs more attention to detail. There were gnats in my room and the walls were kind of dirty.

Location, close to restaurants, quiet. Huge pothole with water. Very unexceptionable with the money we paid. Elevator didn’t work and didn’t hurt me to walk stairs but that’s beside the point.

One elevator was out of service; the working elevator was sketchy - shook and made noises making occupants nervous that we would get stuck in it!

The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, amenities were great. Breakfast was also excellent.

Decent parking, but strange layout. Basic indoor pool, no whirlpool. Room maintenance could use some minor attention. Bathroom doors misaligned, make do hardware lock. Toilet seat mis-aligned. Shower seals falling off resulting in leakage while showering.

Like this location as we always stay here when we visit the Cincinnati zoo. Clean,helpful staff. Close to restaurants.

Staff was very kind and accommodating Black mold infested room. Almost didn’t give us a different one. Fire alarm in the middle of the night.
