A great hotel with friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel and staff!!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant however the fact that we were bumped to another hotel on our first night there after driving eight hours from Maryland without a phone call from the manager and receiving a letter at the front desk was very disappointing to say the least. The parking situation was not to our liking either as we had to move our car by 10pm into the garage and then pay $10. The Marriot that we were relocated to on our first night did not have us pay for parking. We are Marriot Bonvoy member and felt a call to let us know of the change in our reservations would have been apreciated.

Also the towels that were folded and were supposed to be clean were not , we got more and still were dirty they offered me points but I haven’t seen them . Not a great experience

They also do not provide a complimentary bottle of water unless you have a certain status with them. There are shower amenities however conditioner was empty. Breakfast overall was good and the coffee.

The night front desk attendant Kerry went above and beyond to help us with our pull-out sofa. We wanted to express our appreciation for his helpfulness, excellent service, and positive attitude.

Staff very helpful

Room was nice and spacious newly remodeled location. I only had one problem when I was doing my own wiping down of my room when we checked in there was bread crumbs on the countertop from the toaster. When we advise management with an photo she seemed very unconcerned. I think they charge an extra $10 a night for parking to make extra money because when we came back to the hotel every night there was tons of parking spaces available.

It’s a very nice and clean hotel and I would consider staying here again. The only things I didn’t like was the parking situation and breakfast could be a little better. Other than that everything was good.

Staff very nice. We usually stay at another Marriott but like this location the best.
