Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jackson Clinton

We never got a key for our room because the key system was down. Every guest had to get one desk staff member to walk them to their room to let them in.

Alicia was exceptional. She immediately corrected a mix-up professionally and with a smile. Her kindness and "can-do" attitude made our stay wonderful. Thank you!

Property was super clean; staff was very helpful; breakfast was ok, nothing special and I did not like the turkey sausage but the eggs were great; plug ins were everywhere in the lobby and dining area.

Exceptional

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The manager that was there that day went out her way to accommodate me.

NA

Front desk staff was great. We were given a room with 1 king bed; booked 2 queen beds. Couldn’t sleep 5 in 1 bed. But young man at desk switched us to a room that I booked so everything ended up fine. Price is a bit steep for the small room.

The clearness

Typical mid range interstate hotel

We got there and the let us know the room I had already booked and paid for was taken.

Superb

The location was perfect My bathroom wasn't cleaned from previous visitors. We found hair in the shower which made me feel perhaps the bed wasn't cleaned.

Easy check in and good for a night stay

Very friendly and accommodating

Our stay was nice. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. I will stay again.

Está muy bien el precio y todo estaba limpio

Good place

Everything was fine in the hotel

The room and hall smelled like mildew and weed. The smell was horrible. Check-in was awful and took 30 mins at 11:00 at night with no other guest ahead of me. Told it was the last room they had. Got in the room and it was 81 degrees. Took two hours to get to 73. Couldn’t sleep and laid on top of the covers. Only reason I didn’t complain is because they already said it was the last room. My girls had a softball tournament we had to be up for by 6:30 am. If I attempted to find a different hotel at that point they would have had even less sleep for an important day. Never would I book this hotel again. Breakfast was not great either. Bacon had no meat/tasted like plastic and sausage had a weird taste couldn’t quite place.
