Clean room, adequate breakfast, convenient location.

The staff was rude except the person who was there when we checked in.

Our arrival was met with warm and friendly greetings. The staff was very accommodating not only with me but I saw it with other guests that came in. When entering our room, we found it to be very clean and organized. As was the rest of the spaces that we went to in the hotel . The hotel is in a very convenient location. As there are restaurants and several stores within walking distance.

Nice beds, great location. Clean room. Mini fridge had separate freezer. Nice choices for breakfast. Friendly staff. Bathroom sink didn't drain as the water was running.

The room was very comfortable for a last minute overnight with my son in the hospital in Duluth. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I found the room to be very clean and nice. My only complaint would be the walls seemed a bit thin and I could hear my neighbor very early in the morning. The breakfast was good but the coffee only luke warm and donuts would have been nice to have for in the go, but I definitely stay again.
