Clean room. Friendly staff!
-
Staff very professional and friendly. Lemon water in the lobby was a delight after a long day on road. Coffee in lobby tasty. Room/bed comfortable and spacious. ONLY issue was the highway noise, but that is how the traveling world can be.

The pool was closed till later in the morning, and our bathroom door fell off its hinge soon after moving in. A replacement room was offered, but since we were already situated we turned it down

I was not told there would be no housekeeping unless I asked. The front desk should tell you upon checking in because who has time to read the literature sitting on the counter! I was very upset that I had to change the sheets at 9:30 at night with tired kids. AND clean the room empty the garbages etc.

Second time returning to this property! Great staff, clean rooms and yummy breakfast!

Ran down. Updates needed. Pool area ect.
-
Staff were very helpful, the room was excellent, and the location was close to anything we needed.
-
The interior appeared a bit aged. Hall carpets were worn in places. Screws that had once held a sign on a wall were apparent near the elevator and simply painted over; did not look good. Three of the four ice machines were out of order.

Was a good visit. Clean room
-
Its convenient location, and the room we got its spacious and breakfast was ok but...its smells bad, our room was none smoking room on the 3rd floor but its smells so bad, like someone smoke there for a long time, than we found dirty smelly shoes in one of the cabinets, it was disgusting. We stayed there before but it was on the 1st floor and it was fine but this time it was bad, specially it was close to free and you can hear everything and everyone. We are planning to stay there again.
