Continental breakfast was horrible fruit not fresh rotten apples and no variety.

Check-in was quick.

Tried to check in an hour early but was told I would be charged an extra fee so no biggie, I just came back later. Asked to use the lobby bathroom and it was locked and when I got the key I didn't use it because it was gross. When I checked in later, I was given a room that had not been cleaned so I had to go back down to the lobby carrying all my stuff up and down stairs as the elevator was broken. They gave me another room back upstairs and it was at least "cleaned". The smell was sooo bad though that I opened the window the crack allowed and covered one of my cloths with essential oils I travel with and set it in front of the a/c unit to cover some of the smell. It was so gross I was nearly gagging. The breakfast the next morning was a joke. I had a mini muffin and there were tiny yogurts and some stale bread. I was going to get juice but there were strings of filth hanging out of the nozzles so I just checked out and left. I don't mind old hotels for a quick one night by the airport but this one was just gross. Dirty, smelly, no amenities, rude front desk staff... The shuttle driver was super friendly though I didn't use the shuttle, I had a rental. I nearly left upon checking in but didn't want to lose the money I paid. I wish I had stayed in my AirBnb in Columbus another night and just got up early and drove all the way to the airport. I seriously regret not doing that.

Clean and quiet

Cheap, comfortable and convenient. Friendly staff and good rooms Elevator was broken and someone was given a key card to my room and entered at 11pm - luckily I put the latch on so they couldn’t get in, I put it down to an accidental room allocation and ignored it and it didn’t happen again.

Great stay.

The room had stains in some places, the shower head was leaking, the shuttle bus took an hour to arrive at the airport even after calling to ask where they are. The area isnt the best looking either.

Close to entertainment Not clean.

First room, smell like smoke and we requested an on smoking room. Second room was better. However, they forgot to change our rooms on their register, and someone came trying to get into our room about midnight. And then the front desk called us on the phone as well made a poor attempt attempted an apology the next morning when I told the lady how frightening was someone was trying to get into our room. Doubt I will stay here again.

It was a place to lay my head down. I am grateful for that. The staff, I asked for more pillows which they said was not available. I then asked for more towels ( my friends and I stayed for mulitple days), the staff memeber rolled her eyes, complained and didn't even give us the needed towels (3) that we needed until we told her. Rolled her eyes and stomped her feet away. Took everything out of me not to tell her off, after long day of traveling. I was exhausted but respectfully will never again attend.

We managed this issue, but the staff was not very accommodating. Breakfast was very limited. Waffles, boiled eggs (that were like rubber) cereal, and yogurt. The room was clean, bed comfortable (but if you do not like a hard mattress, you will not like this).

I had a great experience. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great!

Everything was fine, except for garbage in hallway and elevator being out of service.

Location was near the airport, it had a TV and AC. Elevator didn’t work, so we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. There was a musty smell of old cigarettes and the carpet looked filthy.

Staff Elevator did not work. Pool was not open. Breakfast was poor. Only waffles or cereal
