Kitchen was nice and well equipped

Clean space, friendly staff. Location was fine. Breakfast was ok for an included breakfast.

We booked a King room. We were traveling with family and asked for a room on the same floor. They gave us a queen room without giving us the option to have the king we had booked. They did not tell us it would be a queen and if we had known we would not have taken that room. Went for breakfast, got coffee that was weak. Looked at the buffet, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, no sausage or bacon. We ended up going out for breakfast. One of the floor moldings was completely broken off and on the floor. Bath tub had rust spot and toilet seat had some cosmetic damage. Bed creaked and was soft/old. I would not stay here again. Sad because we plan on visiting several times a year going forward.

Breakfast was not very good. Biscuits were very dry. Eggs were seasoned very strangely. No bacon or sausage or meat of any kind on the breakfast.

The parking was good. The staff were very responsive. The A/C did not work in the first room we had and they were quick to change us out to a new room. The beds were a little too hard and rough. The door to the room was hard to shut. You had to push or pull to make sure it was closed. The shower head was too wide when in use. It felt like only a few of the streams were on you. The restroom vent was really squeaky when in use and did not work. The restroom was really steamy when showering. The other entry doors beside the front entrance had a key access that did not work properly. So anyone from the outside could just come in any one of those doors bypassing the front entrance.

Great last minute stay

I had a broken seat toilet that could’ve been really dangerous. Every time we sat on it it would move or almost come off the water. Flow was very low. The toilet kept running all through the stay. It had a bad smell. in the room from the bathroom commode, I called and also went to the front to ask about the toilet seat being fixed and the smell of the running toilet nothing was ever done.

I liked the place and cleanliness.The room was big. Only there was a problem with the water in sink. I informed but nobody came to repair that.

Came in to watch our Aggie Corpsman at FISH review - great location, great hotel!

Had issue with temperature of room. Front desk quickly switched us to another room. Breakfast was ok, but was a bit undercooked (potatoes). Overall great value for location but could have been better.
