Just there for a quick stay but front desk was super friendly and room was clean and comfortable!

We tried with our advocacy group for two and a half months to get a hold of Lucinda and secure the conference room. To no avail she did not return our calls and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that she quit. 30 people traveled for this meeting.

I felt the breakfast should be complimentary with the room. Nice property!

Easy check in and place look renovated . The sleeper couch in the room had a lot of stains on it and there were water stains on the ceiling in the room and dirty lamp shades . The beds were comfortable but there were no sheets for the sleeper couch. The one blanket that was in the closet had a stain on it .

Room smell like dog.

Location When we got there, they said they didn’t have any rooms clean. We waited 20 minutes. They finally found us a room we got up there. It wasn’t cleaned 100%. The bed wasn’t completely done. Stains on the bedding. There was no towels. I had to take a picture of the closet, cause there was a big hole in it. Upper lock from the door was barely attached to the door.. I did let staff know. They brought us new bedding for the second evening that we stayed because by the time we got in for the first evening, we were so tired. We just used our own blankets.

& ice machine were working. The hot water pressure in the bathroom good. Beds were comfortable. Our last night the toilet didn’t flush, I noticed it at midnight. We had to go downstairs to the lobby. Beds are not queen beds. Breakfast buffet, not included in the hotel. Price I had to pay 14.00 during the stay.

Was close to the event. In a great location.has a pool indoor. Quick check in. Room I stayed in was at 79 degrees…ac was broken stayed in room till 11 pm till I finally said something and got moved to a room with one bed when I had a reservation for two… contacted the GM never got a call back…

Clean friendly The bathroom door would stick to the point I had to lift the door to shut it and you had to push it open with force using a shoulder.

The rooms were big and roomy. The mattresses could have been more firm. Bath tubs need some kind of rubber matting, very slick when wet. I was on the 5th floor and had to go to the 2nd floor to find an ice maker that worked. Stopper on the bathroom sink did not work. Other than that it was good stay.
