Nice place to stay before an early morning flight out. Very clean, large rooms and friendly staff. The in-house restaurant was nice also.

The staff was the best part of the hotel. The rooms have a bad smell the them.

The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was a little worn out, and one of the rooms we stayed in the shower wouldn't drain. We requested a different room and moved. The shuttle service was super helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. On Monday, August 17, my reservation for my final night (August 17–18) was unexpectedly canceled early in the afternoon. I had planned to spend my last full day in Colorado Springs enjoying vacation activities, but instead I had to return to the hotel, have my key card reactivated so I could access Room 2XX, retrieve my suitcase and belongings, and find another hotel for the night. I ultimately had to book a room at the Hampton Inn for August 17–18. The hotel staff advised me that the cancellation had been made by a third party and not by the hotel itself. Regardless of who was responsible, the cancellation was extremely inconvenient and resulted in me spending a significant portion of my final vacation day dealing with the canceled reservation and arranging another place to stay.

There was old food in the fridge. The water from the sink smelled like the sewer. The staff was friendly though

Shuttle service to/from airport was convenient. A few friendly staff. The hot tub jets were not working. As far as location, very few places to eat around the immediate area.

Overall pleasant stay, comfortable room and staff were polite and helpful. No problems or complaints. Good value for the money.

Experience with this property was very good no problems it had a restaurant and bar which was very convenient as my stay was for a short period to attend an event and I didn’t have to look for an offsite food establishment.😁
