Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods

Room was big and clean, hotel was close to all the main attractions in Colorado Springs. Beds were comfortable, room didn’t smell musty and AC worked as it should. Worst part was the pillows are small, we had to ask for a few more

The staff was extremely helpful, the location was near the Garden of the Gods and plenty of local restuarants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections to satisfy a multitude of guest. There was a water issue that arose while we were there, which caused some needed work to be done outside the hotel, however, it did not disrupt our services and the workers ensured they kept the noise minimal and worked quickly to fix the issue.

Breakfast was good, bed comfy, and a nice place to stay for the night! :)

The bathroom and shower where very cramped and hard to get in and out of.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly.

My suggestion is that they improve the lighting at the sink. I love lighted mirrors but this one did not give enough light. They need additional lighting, either overhead or flanking the mirror. If they make this improvement, this hotel would be perfect! We’ve been travelling a lot and this hotel ranks among the best.

The breakfast was very good and the room was very large.

It makes absolutely no sense for a Hyatt hotel to service their rooms every other day, you guys are way better than that

Room had plenty of space. Location was great. Fitness center was well equipped. Breakfast was good. Road noise is a problem.

Check out is at noon and I had housekeeping knocking on my door at 11:45.

Great location to US25. Great variety of restaurants and events. The room was great !!

We always stay here when visiting Springs. My daughter’s goto college nearby. Sometimes you can hear road noise.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Small restaurant and bar on site. Free breakfast that was different each morning with nice options. Property surrounding hotel clean and felt safe. Restaurants within walking distance.
