Staybridge Suites Columbia Baltimore by IHG

Superb

Was a lovely stay. Nothing really spectacular but worked for what we needed.

Pleasant

Clean, nice staff, good location For the price, no complimentary water? Never been to a hotel without drinkable water bottle in the room..

Clean comfortable Location far from FC

Great hotel for relaxing. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

Staybridge Suites Columbia Baltimore by IHG was the best hotel where my family and I already hosted. We usually boked hotels monthly because tournaments of my sons, but we never stayed in a hotel as it. Breakfast is the bast and staff are really friendly.

Patricia was very helpful and kind during check-in!

Would stay here again. Great size room. Kitchen area very handy. Got washing machines and dryer’s also on the second floor. Great location. Nice pool area. Clean modern room.

Great price for a weekend holiday. Staff is friendly. Hotel room was very clean. Property was clean itself. Breakfast was great

What i wasn’t too happy about was: *The fridge didn’t make any ice and we had to go to the front desk to ask for ice. *I have stayed at other hotels were they have better TV connection, options, settings and app available to use with your phone or computer. This hotel it’s not updated with any of these options and the only option was terrible that I couldn’t connect to any of my desired apps.

The cleaning staff i didn't get in my room until almost 7pm i arrived at 5 and staff lost their phone and accused me of stealing it. They even took my son phone thinking it was theirs but it wasn't

Very good

Superb

The room and property were clean and well maintained. Appears recently renovated with some areas still under construction. Lovely pool and grounds. Patricia at the front desk was extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good but too many kids were making waffles, making a mess, and wasting supplies. Recommend having extra staff to help make breakfast more enjoyable and less chaotic. Unfortunately you cannot rely on parents to do their job.

Exceptional

Clean room. Breakfast and dinner available Close to the mall Arundel Mill.

Room was fresh and neat Room was not available until an hour after normal check in .Staff was doing all they could to rectify.
