Location was convenient and fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff doesn't tell you when breakfast or checkout is. Bath towels were sub-par. Some outside parking lot lights need to be replaced.

Arrived to check in for a 2 night stay and they had cancelled my reservation. We had no where to stay. Will never go back to that Quality Inn.

The place is in need of a renovation. The room holds moisture. The medicine I had out was melted by morning, and there was moisture on the top of my cup in the morning. AC unit didn’t cool as it should. The staff was very nice nice I did come fix my tub and give me a new hairdryer. While they were fixing the tub, the light in the bathroom fell on top of the poor man. I felt bad, but I’m glad I didn’t fall on top of me. Won’t be staying there again until renovations. My sinuses can’t handle all that moisture and smell smells.

Room was clean and adequate. Check in was smooth and hotel was easy to find. Main issue was noise with the paper thin walls (really loud music in the room next door at midnight), the street noise at times and the very bright light outside our room (all rooms are exterior) that the blackout curtains didn't really help with. Overall, it was fine for a place to stay on game weekend that wasn't incredibly overpriced.

The beds were comfortable! We literally had to smell someone smoking marijuana all night! When we first walked in our room, the smell of it almost made us sick. We had to wake the desk man up and wait on him to turn lights on so we could check in. The mirror vanity area needs better/ brighter lighting.

Great location, friendly staff. The air conditioner wasn't working good. I reported it and they had it fixed. They offered a new room if not satisfied.

The hotel is more like a motel. The phone and TV did not work in my room. There are smoking rooms on the property so even if you book a nonsmoking room, the smell of smoke can be detected throughout the property. The only reason I stayed is because the bed and towels were clean and I was only there one night. I would not recommend for families or long stays.

We arrived late after the game. The temp was cool at first but stat was on 59. Once set to 70 it heats up real quick & took forever to cool, but we had door cracked for 10 min. Turned tv on & was on at first, but then the screen just turned black, but could still hear it. I’ve never seen that b4, so was time to go to bed. Doable for a night but nothin fancy.
