requires separate paid parking that I foind out about on arrival. absolutely nuts, there is so much space there it feels so greedy to charge customers more for parking. receptionist at check in was kinda grumpy. also what looked like a blood stain on the bed covering, small speck to be fair.

Great place to stay overnight when parking in The Parking Spot lot! Nice hotel with a restaurant and a bar! New and clean!

We only stayed one night. I know it was a bit basic. It had everything that we needed and we enjoyed the short time that we were there.

I requested a refund for the room for the night, due to the inconvenience and the lack of care from the front desk staff (evening and morning). The hotel refused to refund me - or even provide any sort of credit. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but their customer service was the nail in the coffin for me. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was very pleasant and accommodating. Bed was very comfy. Blackout curtains served well in the morning, luckily the alarm clock gave me awareness to the sunrise. Bathroom was awesome. Check out was seamless. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Easy to access and shuttle to the airport. No breakfast at 3:30am but there was hot coffee. Thank you staff

There were several surprises. The restaurant is not open for lunch and appears to only be buffet (but I wasn’t around for dinner to verify this). The breakfast was very basic, like continental breakfasts that are free (though it cost $13 here). The bar is only open from 4:00 to 10:00 pm. The swimming pool is inexplicably cold and the elevators have an unusually loud pinging sound as they go past floors. At times, there were unusual and unpleasant odors in the lobby and the hallways. And finally, the TV remotes are incredibly difficult to work. No late check out accommodations at all!! But it seems to be a new building (built within the last six months) so the basic infrastructure is good.

This hotel is brand new. It's close to the airport and not far from the train into Denver.

No breakfast and $15 fee to park in the parking lot!
