My internet connection is strong and great. The restaurant is great and has a wonderful breakfast food. The bed is comfortable but pillow is pitiful.

It was a very modern hotel. They should have offered a complimentary continental breakfast. I asked for a top floor many days before arrival; they didn't have it, I was told when I asked about that in person; (I mentioned that I don't like the noise of anyone walking around above me). Even though we were three floors up, I was woken up by staff throwing things in the dumpster at about 5 am. I guess when the lady gave us the room, she wasn't thinking that staff maybe throwing/banging things into the dumpster early, and that may bother someone that specifically mentioned not wanting noise...

The hotel is overall in a good state with very friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately, the AC units do not work well in the room and it was very hot. Moreover they make very loud noise and it wakes you up every 5 minutes. Very unfortunate as this should not be the standard for a hilton.

The room was very good staff polite and helpful, breakfast came as was ordered but at best was warm,my experience told me the eggs/sausage etc were pre prepared sitting under warm lights then plated not my idea of a good hot breakfast to start the day on our next stay to any Double Tree or associated company we'll be considering local diners, I hope this is requested review is helpful for you as well for us to maybe reconsider and on our next trip along with friends depending on the reply,Thankyou.

FRONT DESK VERY FRIENDLY. HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN. I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE MY BED FROM 1 QUEEN TO 2 DOUBLE. TRAVELING WITH MY SON. FRONT DESK SAID I HAD TO CONTACT BOOKING. BECAUSE THEY COULN'T CHANGE IT.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the sweetest front desk host. We had no problems acquiring and arriving to our room. Everything was set up wonderfully, there were full sized body washes, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash available for use. The room and bathroom were perfectly cleaned. The lobby has a small market that has everything from qtips to Twix ice cream bars (very affordable). Definitely would recommend for any stay.
