Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

Clean, nice location for where we needed to be. I didn't like all the throw away plates, cups and plastic-ware at breakfast. What a terrible waste and horrible for the environment. People can still bus their table, using real plates, cups and silverware. Easy enough to throw in a dishwasher and reuse an unlimited amount of times. Too much waste

Very nice, clean room. Staff was friendly. There is a bar and grille restaurant on site, as well! Will stay here again!

Exceptional

Comfortable large bed, hotel is spotless clean and super well maintained - staff is helpful and attentive to your needs , breakfast is exceptional with made to order omelets , great location and shopping

Cleanliness and kid friendly

Nor was the gym

Everything was clean The breakfast was mid.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options. The property was well maintained with entertainment for kids and teens.

Was able to get early check in

Delicious breakfast While most hotels have 11:00 AM check-out and 3:00 PM check-in, this hotel requires 10:00 AM check-in and 4:00 PM check-out. This gives guests less time in the room and feels unfair.

Best hotel I have stayed in by far!

For a breakfast buffet: *****.

Professional staff, clean property, convenient amenities, good food, great atmosphere, safe, affordable and quiet. This was my second stay, and it was really good each time.

The entire property plus room is spotless with the surrounding grounds manicured! The amazing breakfast with fresh omelet is neat and maintained by a professional staff!

Everything superseded my expectations! They were so diligent and even asked when I wanted my room clean so no unexpected knocks were there. Felt like I walked into a luxury event not a hotel . I checked beds for bugs … I’m very ocd but yall it checked all marks . I did sanitize main areas but that’s bc I needed that to “relax “. Haha. But I will say I used white paper towels to wipe down and clean commons areas and even after cleaning and sanitizing , all WHITE paper towels were still white minus maybe dust particles !!! That sold me ! We visited to move my son into Widener university and I’ll say, I’ll always go back ! If I had to say anything that was a “con” they were renovating areas so walking further a little bit of congestion for cars to exit and better were annoying but I’ll take that if it means our stay was 10/10! And oh safety ! Felt like that was 5 stars ! I did. Ring my additional precautions but didn’t even need to utilize it .

The staff is always professional. The food is good, the entire site is very clean, it's affordable and well maintained. This was my second stay, and I look forward to staying there again for another staycation.

Very nice hotel, was only there for an overnight stay on a business trip but seemed to have everything you need. Convenient location, clean, nice helpful staff. I didn't eat the complementary breakfast but did pop in for a cup of coffee and looked like a large selection.
