Will definitely stay here next time in Conway, everything was great!

The digital thermostat in the room would not get off auto and would keep going back to being set on 74 degrees so the room was warm.

would’ve been five stars, 10/10, but the air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. we checked into our room at 3:15pm, the thermostat was set to 85° so we turned it down to 70° and left for our ballgames. came back about 8:30/9:00pm and it was on 80° and we could NOT get it to go back down until 3/4am, just a few hours before checkout. it was absolutely miserable, couldn’t even take showers without it getting hotter in the room. made front desk aware and she brought two desk fans up, only one of which that worked. one hot room with two adults and three kids was awful. didn’t offer to comp some of our room or anything, nothing was said to us the next day at checkout, no one called to see if the air conditioner had started working, nothing.

Great location for concert at UCA

The 3rd floor hallway was warm. It has been unreasonably 🔥 HOT so I am sure the units are over worked. We loved the rooms, again a little warm, but once we cooled the rooms they were easily maintained.

I wish breakfast was earlier on the weekend. We were there for a softball tournament and with 8am games, we had to be a the field before 7am. 6am breakfast would be much appreciated, or maybe just a grab and go fruit station for the early games.

At check-in I confirmed the 2-night stay & again the following day. Upon checkout I found that manager changed it back to the original & cannot talk when staff called him. I still left to get my son to the airport for deployment & called Expedia who called the hotel, but the manager isn’t there. I called later & spoke to the manager who could not approve the cancellation & said Expedia must – both saying the other must cancel. I called Expedia again, who reached out to the manager without change; I called & he said he didn’t have time to talk. Ignoring his plea to call back he said if he allowed the cancelation Expedia charges him. Telling him that’s not my concern, he said it wasn’t his problem that I wanted to cancel. He was rude in trying to cut me off & saying I needed to listen to him. I asked why he changed my reservation after his staff made changes, but he said they were wrong. Expedia has contacted him several times without change. The hotel has signs saying how much they support the military & their families, but I didn’t feel that nor do not put customers first.

We enjoyed our stay and TOTALY recommend it. The hotel is well kept. The decor is fresh, modern, and practical. For example, they have several places to charge your phone. The bed was comfortable. Good parking and well light. Very close to I-49. I reserved through Expedia and had no issues. I would definitely stay there again.

It was fairly clean AC units were horrible. When we checked in our room was on 81! It took almost 12 hours to get it cool enough to sleep comfortably

Checked in late at night and put my 5 year old straight to bed. I did not realize there was mold in the room until the next morning when I woke up at 7 am feeling terrible and my daughter woke up sick. I immediately checked out and informed the staff (who were nice, but not helpful…) and they told me to contact the owner. When I spoke with him he completely denied any wrong doing and made me sound stupid for even implying this was mold. He was rude and does not deserve anyone’s business. Would not refund my money (he actually told me straight up he would not ever refund my money) or offer to make it right in any way. I saw a previous review of him telling another customer the same thing (that this isn’t mold), so therefore he knew about the issue already and continues to let people stay in his hotel. Just pay the extra few bucks and stay at another hotel.
