The gentleman at night AB WAS VERY HELPFUL, I OVER PAID and he was honest to give me back my $... That I appreciate.... I will absolutely stay again... That there was spiders in the bathroom not alot but I hate spiders I would still stay and call in advance for them to turn on ac.... it was a hot room to walk into.. And we needed extra towels it was 2 adults.

Do not use this hotel. They are cheaters. I paid for my stay online through Orbits. The hotel charges my credit card with extra $50 deposit and told me they will return it during checking out. Instead, they charge my credit card with $50 again totaling $100 more than I already paid through Orbitz.

The apartment felt very dirty and everything seemed old, the doors were not secured from the outside if you went out the doors could not be locked, dirty, unsafe and in general very neglected

Everything was simple, from check in to check out. I will be coming back here again! Staying so short :(

I was assaulted and not let in by the doorman and still haven’t gotten my refund.

Hot water and ac worked excellent , parking right in front of your room excellent bed was clean and comfortable the property was quiet and no trouble with anything or anyone. because of that I’d say good stay because I’ve stayed at much more expensive places just to deal with elevator and ac out of service but you must know the place was under renovation, wifi & phone didn’t work ..and my room floor was dirty fyi Gota mop can’t forget that.

Nothing about this Hotel was to like. Everything about this Hotel was just horrible. We had roaches crawling around the 2 rooms I had purchased and there was wiring coming out of the hole on the ceiling where a light should have been in my room. In my room there was a burn on one of the sheets covering the bed that was full of stains and dirt. The bathroom had hair all on the bottom and flies flying around. After experiencing that me and my family went up to the front desk and the woman working there tried denying what we saw saying, "We just got the place cleaned" despite seeing many health risks. Got a full refund fortunately. Will never go back or to any other American Best Value Inn & Suites every again. Horrid experience.

Beds hard as a rock and did find a roach and a big-o spider

Bathroom towels alone already had staining, even new set for my toddler. Microwave missing parts, false advertisement for free wifi and wifi included then not receiving any at all. Bathroom tub missing parts that were tempting for my toddler to play with but mom made that impossible for him of course don't expect my $50 deposit fee back for my toddler making a small chocolate stain from a poptart but I would really appreciate that since it was not the greatest of stays 👍
