The hotel is beautiful. Everyone was very nice, warm, friendly and helpful. The view is great. The location is awesome. The room was spacious and the bed was very cozy! The breakfast in the hotel is costly especially after paying the price of the hotel stay. It should be complimentary for the hotel guests. Also, the valet parking for one night is overly priced.

Unfortunately bridge under construction, so getting to game needed extra time

Get a river view room and you will have an absolutely stunning view.

Very friendly front desk (Courtney) service as well as member room staff. Was there for a special event in Cincinnati, and the rates were higher than usual, but still an excellent experience.

It was ok

Only complaint. Che hour wasn’t till 11. At 8 AM housekeeping was outside the door banging and clanging their cart I assume cleaning room next to us. It was very loud and very inconvenient. Especially after the fire alarm going off at 6 am and obviously was a false alarm of some sorts we’re still setting up the area for breakfast.

It is a well maintained property with a very friendly staff. Comfortable beds and beautiful views. The only thing I will say is online they have a picture that shows seating with fireplace tables that u can sit and relax by the river. U can't get to that unless u rent that viewing suite. So that is the only thing I will say is misleading.

We've never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The Mash & Oak restaurant on the premises was outstanding! Just an overall top notch facility from top to bottom!

Everything was nice except the bathtub. There was rust and the bottom of the tub was rough.

Bed was comfortable and the location has a ton of character. Most of the employees were super nice. I had booked a king balcony room on June 2; date of stay was 8/22, for an event to celebrate my husbands birthday. We arrive to the hotel and the parking garage is down and couldn’t produce tickets, the front desks WiFi is down, wait for that to come back up for them to inform me that they didn’t have any balcony rooms left. They tried to resolve the issue bu putting us in a room and then moving rooms once we get back from the event and that was a HUGE inconvenience so I was mad and said no. They told me there was nothing they could do on the price discrepancy because it was booked through third party. The whole ordeal was a big inconvenience and really put a damper on our original plan.

The beds were so comfortable. The inside (lobby area and restaurant area) was gorgeous . We arrived late, and was starving. We were able to eat at the restaurant. It was really good as well. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was so kind as well. We had to walk across the street to park, we were charged $20 to park in the parking garage, and we still had to walk a good distance to our hotel. Then, in our room, our tub looked dirty, but it was stained. The room obviously had flooding. The wallpaper was bubbled and had several water stains. The TV stand had the cheap particleboard that was bubbling as well. The tracks from the curtains were missing screws and not sturdy. I just felt that the price I paid for the room, these things would've been fixed.
