Terrible experience

The room was okay for a one-night stay, but I do think housekeeping could do a better job. Some of the tables had leftover food and were generally messy, which took away from the overall experience. One thing I really appreciated was the mini market inside the hotel. It was convenient to be able to grab snacks without having to leave the property. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not a highlight of the stay. My biggest concern, though, was security. It seemed like anyone could walk into the hotel, which made me a little uncomfortable. I do want to highlight that the employees were exceptional and provided great customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to have an additional person available to assist at the front desk during busier times. There were a few moments when the line became a little lengthy with only one person assisting guests. Overall, the location was convenient for my work trip, and since I was only staying one night, I was able to manage. While there were some positives, I probably wouldn’t choose this property again unless I specifically needed to stay in the area.

Perfect location in Downtown Dallas, wasn't loud at all and in terms of traffic and people. The savvy room was amazing and this will be our new home when we travel to Dallas in the future!

Bed, towels, people. They release an artificial smell throughout the property which almost made me puke. It was horrific. When I rang the reception and asked to switch it off they said they don’t do anything on purpose but they will talk to relevant department… few mins after smell disappeared 100% and didn’t return until we left the property in the morning. Staff is lovely. Clearly ruling management is horrific as they make staff to turn on this crazy smell. Not the cleanest property either. Also old.

Clean and convenient!

No way this can be a Marriott property. More like a Motel 6 dump.

The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. I don’t recommend staying here.

The fun, modern vibe Nothing

I liked the style: minimalist industrial (it's a former clothing factory) but still feeling welcoming and even cozy. The room design is practical and it has all I wished for: good size desk, comfy bed including a down pillow (besides others), good walk in shower. The room was also big enough so I could comfortably spread out my yoga mat for my morning excercise.

Staff friendly Will definitely stay here again
