Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Northwest

The hotel is a little old and rundown looking with stains on the carpets. My room had a broken window shade and broken drawer. The staff were very nice though and helpful.

Superb

He and the assistant manager a Hispanic women changed their tone and immediately gave me another room on the other side of the hotel. Low and behold, no mold smell. There were roaches in the hallway and the lobby. There's also a broken door on the main floor leading to the pool. Huge safety issue considering the hotel is next door to a gas station where countless homeless people hang out. I wouldn't stay here again!

The front desk never answered thier phone to find out it they had a fan we could use.

Great team at this Location

Also the smell of mar-iguana on the way to my room was very unpleasant.

Better services, cleaner room

Location It’s hot on the hallways and room was clean , it had a cockroach

Very good

The breakfast is really coffee only

Older hotel that needs some work. However, it is nice to have a balcony if you get one of those rooms. The reason for the poorer rating was a few things....Outside chairs didn't even have the cushions on them and the wifi was almost unusable...especially in the courtyard.

I will never go there again

I was charged twice first day $50 and the second day %76 dollars and that took all my gad money and she not explain why I mot happy at all

The hotel is old and tired. Not worthy of the Marriot brand.

Overall, my experience was good. Of the two elevators, one was being "rennovated" & the other had me using the stairs b/c it seemed to struggle. The east parking lot had traffic cones in it, but i didn't ask why. Other than that, things were better than average.

Everything was clean There were a few ants on my husband side of the bed...so he was restless. He didn't tell me until the morning. I let the front people know, but I yet to get a call from the manager!
