Cleanliness I was baited into their breakfast they had breakfast lined up outside and I help myself with some and got hit with a $60 bill, nothing around the area says I have to pay for it

We stayed here when we were in Dallas for the weekend to see Enhypen. So happy we chose this hotel.

Great hotel. Things were cleaned and well maintained throughout my entire stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Our room did not come with a complementary breakfast. We were told it was $30 for adults, and 15 or $16 for kids so decided to pass on that. Everything else about our stay was great. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly.

We paid for the breakfast package and the had no breakfast. The staff didn’t know how to correct the issue. So I paid additional fees a wasn’t accommodated for the issues said it was to slow for breakfast but mind you the hotel had a lot of guest at this time!

Had a great experience. The staff welcomed my wife and I for our anniversary, went as far as upgrading our room and providing M-Club perks. The only issue is the in-room toilet did not operate and was running the entire time.
