the second time I stayed there and they forgot to clean my room on Saturday AGAIIN - we leave the room and there is no sign on the door I even communicated to the cleaning lady that we were out of the room for the day it was close to 11am and it was ready to be cleaned came back in the evening and it was still not cleaned beds not made - second stay at this place that its happened - not going back there. Look above and the bar restaurant has a hard out on the weekends at 11pm - should be later on the weekend

This is a great hotel located in Highland Park area. Very convenient to get around area with restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again!

Darnell at the front desk was great! The gym was just what i needed.

LOVED the location, the room was lovely, the people very friendly. We ordered room service and it was delivered fast and was hot upon arrival. The BIG BIG issue was no hot water during our stay ... and, all we got was an "I'm sorry". I also didn't like that I didn't receive Hilton honor points and wasn't informed that before using Booking.com to make the reservation.

well we were there for SMU move in and were gone all day Saturday from 8am - 5pm moving in and the cleaning people neglected to clean our room - do not disturb sign was not posted on our door - so that was upsetting They valet gave our keys to another car and we were stranded for hours at the hotel until they reached the other driver and got our keys back - it was rather inconvenient as we missed the goodby on the boulevard - they did comp our valet however. We are coming back for Family weekend so perhaps they can give us an upgrade if possible.

clean room and plenty of bathroom amenities

Good hotel and good service
-
Clean and convenient location. Staff was nice except the person that checked us in The front desk agent that checked us in. He seems annoyed and not helpful regarding the parking situation and he would not even tell us our room number, instead said that it was written on the paper envelope surrounding the key. That was a bit strange! He also double charged us for the first night of valet parking

Good staff and well maintained

It was a nice property and the guy at the front desk was really nice and welcoming Valet parking and not being able to park and get to my car without feeling like I was going to bother someone if they had to bring it back if I needed something out of it

Stayed on the 11th floor and directly above the room was the air conditioning cooling units which made a constant noise throughout the night. Remote did not work for TV. Valet service was not an option and was an additional $45
-
We ordered a charcuterie board for $31 and it was served on a plate with hardly anything on it. Terrible.
-
Otherwise everything was first class

I am a state employee who travels every month. The front desk staff told me that if I didn't have my work ID, I would be charged the regular price. This is the first time anyone has ever asked for this. Also, the refrigerator in the room was worthless. Didn't even keep my water cold.
