Location was great. But facility wasnt as updated as I thought. Towels werent fully clean and they never had any extras available when i needed them. Shower water barely came out. Staff was nice and location great in terms of proximity to things. But that was it.

The hotel was nice but in a bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless people hanging out in the front, the side and behind the building

Dont Stay Here…. Roaches Everywhere

Very strong and bad cleaning smell around the entire hotel, with it being especially bad in the rooms, and caused a massive headache and no sleep for my pregnant wife, had to leave after night one of a five night trip. Also there was a weird discolored paint peeling spot on the ceiling of our room and overall the hotel didn't look too great. Was told the manager would call me to try and work out a refund for the smell and checking out after just one night but they have not contacted me yet (4 days later). Every time I have called, the manager has apparently been out. I was also hung up on by them while I was on hold trying to figure out everything multiple times. Do not stay. I am hoping a public review will bring attention to the manager to hopefully solve this or at the very least make contact with me. To repeat, I have not heard anything from the manager or the hotel in general from with them appearing to be avoiding my attempts to contact them.

Rude staff the have not charged a deposit before then requested $100 after I stayed there 2x before. The sign was in a drawer and pulled out after I asked where it says that especially since it’s also not mentioned in the app. Seeing a deposit for a place that smelled like weed and cost $60 is wild.

The location Room was hotter than outside and had two little roaches inside of the room.

The TV was not working in 3 rooms 😕
