Staff was unhelpful and policy's change from employee to employee

This is obviously an older property. The tub looks like it was spray painted (and peeling). The carpet in the hallways has spots & stains. It's a good hotel that's kind-of old.

Staff never answers phone. Old and stuffy.

Multiple roaches in my room and AC didn’t work you can feel it from the hallway.

The gentleman at the front desk was very efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the room i was put in was at the first look, was clean and well kept but when i sat at the desk, not one but many roaches were crawling out of the wall. I was immediately changed to a different room, NO ROACHES, but the visual appeal to the room, was very much not pleasant. Writing on the wall and ceiling, flaking paint in bathtub, scratches covering the desk, holes n curtains, and dirty washcloth in the hair dryer bag.

Guy in the front desk didnt wven seem to care. Terrible terrible! I uploaded photo where you can see the empty spot whwre I was parked. I was right by the entrance. Ghetto I guess. Dont stay there.

Nobody cleaned our room bring fresh towels change my bed I will never stay here again it was awaful highly not recommend

The property was filthy. Stains on the carpet in the hallway. Stains on the carpet in our room. All grass was dead all around the property. Side door was broken and would not latch. Killed several roaches in the bathroom. A cricket was hanging out by the breakfast buffet. None of the staff seemed concerned by it. If I could give this property a zero rating I would.

A decent hotel. The only major drawback was the rooms facing the expressway were way to noisy. Makes it tough to sleep even with a sound machine.

The room had mold damage and felt humid the entire time. The doors barely closed bc of mold or water damage. The door had a gaps along the side so I could also hear other people's conversations bc their doors weren't any better. The side door to go in and out of the hotel looked it it was going to fall off the hinge. It was also weather damaged. The gym had wall mold and water damage as well. The carpet in the main lobby and breakfast area was dirty. The breakfast was mediocre and the eggs looked fake. The price of the hotel was inexpensive, so I shouldn't complain much, but I could have went to a 10x nicer hotel for $25 more per day. This hotel needs an update, a mold repair, carpet cleaning, and door hinge repairs, and clean the doors too...they are all filthy.

SCAM OF A PLACE. Absolutely disgusting. I was told I would recieve a refund because both rooms given had roaches in them. The elevator didn't work and I couldnt even walk up to my room. Absolutely awful. I privately disputed brcusse they kept ignoring Expedia to get the refund back so now ill SHARE.
