Stayed 3 nights. Did not clean room once. Stated this on arrival. Towels changed after second day. Pieces of paper everywhere as though they don't vacuum. Breakfast was the very same every day.

Great staff. Rooms could use some maintenance. Overall great experience on this property.

Property is older. Rooms are dated and walls are thin

Not horrible for the price!

The ac didn't cool below 74 was hot at night

Las habitaciones tienen todo lo que uno necesita pero deja mucho que desear el estado de los muebles, puertas, closets y limpieza. El desayuno bueno. Personal muy amable.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The pool was clean, and the hot tub operational despite the heat. It ran the jets without the heater, which I very much appreciated. I also really enjoy the quality of the complimentary breakfast. For these reasons, I have stayed with my family at this property multiple times, and highly recommend it to others.

The room wasn't ready until about an hour after check in. That was really the only mishap. Breakfast was good, room was nice.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice. The full kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the air conditioning worked extremely well, which was especially important during such a hot weekend in Dallas! There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping options conveniently located nearby. This hotel is an outstanding value, and we would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to stay without paying an outrageous price!

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Coffee supplies in the room were not replenished for two or three days. In addition, the water can in the cafeteria was empty and had not been refilled. When I approached the front desk in the evening to ask for water, my request was denied. Since the cafeteria water had not been replenished, I expected the staff to show some understanding and help with such a basic guest need. There was also an issue with the bathtub drain, which was not working properly. I had to call maintenance to have it fixed. The most disappointing part was my interaction with the front-desk staff member. She was rude and showed very little empathy or willingness to help. Even if there are specific hotel policies, I believe guest concerns should always be handled professionally and courteously. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I was not expecting special treatment, but I did expect the level of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service normally associated with Marriott. I hope management addresses the housekeeping issues and provides additional customer-service training to the front-desk team.

Decent breakfast in the a.m. staff are cool & the rooms are clean might need to clean out the air ducts other than that it’s good

I sneezed during my entire stay so the room/sheets were dusty. Housekeeping never entered the room during the 5 day stay. The kitchenette and bathroom sinks were clogged and not draining (maintenance resolved on day 3). The dishwasher didn't work and held dirty water in the bottom and was never fixed. On top of all that, I was supposed to be charged $100 for incidentals, but was charged $100 plus an additional $80 with no explanation as to why. Still waiting to see if I'll be refunded the $180 since nothing was charged to my room. Terrible.

Very helpful front desk, courteous, professional

The check-in was a bit delayed due to room availability unlike past stays at this property which it was always ontime. We eventually were assigned a hearing accessible room ( room 341) to keep us waiting further. One concern was there was a constant odor of what smelled like the exhaust from one of the local restaurants in the room, primarily the bathroom, which might have been getting drawn from outside into the hvac. Also, the area just outside our room’s door smelled like cigar smoke(we are non-smokers). On the positive side, the property is location in an office area of Addison and felt very safe. It is close to many restaurants and entertainment venues like the Addison Improv. Overall, we would stay here again as we have had previous stays that were very good and view this most recent stay slight drop in experience quality.

Extremely pleasant stay, the rooms are well maintained

The room we selected was very roomy for 3 people. The tub looked a little unclean and there was a toilet leak that the cleaning people should have reported and had fixed before booking the room.
