Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria

breakfast was good. The room was clean. We had a little bump in the road because they didn’t find my reservation because I got there so late so I would at least suggest calling them and letting them know that when you’re coming late that you are still coming so they don’t mark you is not coming and give you your room away other than that it’s great

From the time I checked in the night staff was amazing. The Galleria Mall is located around the corner and plenty of restaurants are nearby. The rooms were cleaned.

Arrive late staff was not trying to give us a room. Clearly waited 30 to 40 minutes for rooms that I bought. Three weeks prior. Just be on time

The other complaint was noise, loud guests in the hall and someone pounding on the door across the hall. That stopped once the door was answered but the area definitely was loud.

The front desk hosts were very pleasent in the evening at check-in and morning at check-out. The room was comfortable with a nice shower/water pressure.

They have a kitchen and a bar serves food and drink . I enjoyed the shrimp 🍤 tacos.

Only issue I had was the highway noise. My room was facing the highway

I lost twice mi money There must be another way to book rooms and not to lost all payments.

The elevator took forever seem to be 3 but only one worked. Leaven and coming there was a long wait for it.

Was great had a lil wine on the floor hopefully not blood but was great other then that

The hotel is located next to a major highway, and the traffic noise was so terrible that I could not sleep.

Exceptional

My stay here was convenient for the most part.parking is limited and I didn’t like that Metropolis was putting cards on the vehicle windshields to pay for parking when I’m staying at the hotel but the the receptionist told me it’s free. Please don’t touch or linger on my property and attempt to get money when we don’t have to pay .i didn’t like the fact that I had to go down stairs to heat my food up by microwave and the refrigerator was very small. I paid for breakfast but yet got a receipt asking for a tip basically was forced to tip just to receive a drink or juice. The hotel gym is limited with equipment as well so I end up going to my local gym thank god it wasn’t far from the facility. The elevator took a long time because of the number of guests that were constantly using it took a while to get to the lobby or your room.

The staff was extremely friendly! the room was ok, but it wasn’t the worst.
