Very nice staff and clean

It was convenient The property was not clean shower had mold and mildew around that trim. The air conditioning unit was disgusting. Also, it supposed to be a free breakfast and breakfast came around there was nobody in there to serve lights were off no staff no food.

No compliance, very helpful staff

I absolutely loved staying here although the pool was a little bit dirty and the paint at the bottom of it was chipped and the hot tub also didn’t work I wish it did tho but overall I enjoyed staying here

There was nothing in the vending machines. bathroom floor had cracks in it.

Location was easy to locate, ample parking. Found ants in the bathroom, also i reported the electrical outlet in the bathroom was making a constant clicking sound that would not stop, so we shut the bathroom door to eliminate the sound while sleeping, the bathroom door did not latch shut.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. It should last a little later that 9:30 but it was a decent breakfast. We chose this place for the hot tub. The jets barely worked, and the water was luke warm. Then day 2 the hot tub wasn't working at all. The pool was too cold to swim in. The vending machines had been emptied out I don't know if it was because they were broken or what but I do know the cost of the snacks they had at the desk seemed to be the reason for me I paid triple what it would have cost in the vending machine. We had our 2 grand babies with us and as we walked out the front door we saw a van sitting there, it had probably 5 children in it, infants and toddlers running around inside, while the van was running and no adult in it. One of the kids was throwing stuff out the widow. The mom walked out and saw the stuff in the ground she started yelling and she punched the baby through the open window then picked up the stuff jumped in and pulled out. BEWARE! I will never go back here again.

The floor tile in the bathroom was broken and loose.

Disappointing

So rethink booking here, I did because I seen a lot of good reviews.. that wasn’t the case..

Lucy at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful and made sure everything was hospitable for us. The room was clean, and we were supplied with extra towels/self care products when requested. The elevators/lobby were clean, and all other staff were helpful and kind as well. The only downside was that the hot-tub was undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay, but I would much rather it be repaired than usable but broken/dirty. We were provided with an upgraded room due to the inconvenience of the hot-tub repairs. The pool area was also clean and stocked with towels. The noise level of the staff and other hotel guests was peaceful, and the complimentary continental breakfast was a plus. We would definitely choose this hotel if we returned to Dayton!

Staff was polite and helpful Whole reason I booked here was for the hot tub, but nowhere was it said until I got there that it was out of order. I would have booked a different hotel had I known this. Very disappointed that this happened. The booking even said hot tub in description.
