Staff was decently friendly, except the one lady in the morning of our checkout, that wasn't pleasant at all. When I booked the rooms, I requested that all three of them be near one another. I ended up with 2 rooms on the second floor and one on the first. The AC didn't work in one room, the second room, the carpet was soaked from the AC. Old dog food on the floor. Carpet destroyed. Hairs in the bedding. Got upgraded to a king suite on the third floor. The evening desk attendant said she wouldn't blame us if we wanted to have our reservations refunded and we went to the other location, because it would be safer......The AC killed my throat and sinuses, meaning that it wasn't maintained. Floors were sticky. Bath towels were damp/wet. Pillows so flat that they barely served their purpose. No toilet paper. Painted tub peeling. Bedding in the pullout couch wash soiled/used and just folded up right back into the couch in a balled up mess. Half the light bulbs were burned out. The wiring to the stove light on the fritz, causing it to randomly turn on and off. Destroyed veneers to the kitchenette cupboards. Fridge door opens the opposite direction, making it difficult to use. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, including a couple grab and go items. No ice. The entire hotel is in extremely sad shape. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and cleaner.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed my stay here.

The property was close to everything and was safe. The room had some clear water damage to it and could have been swept a little better.

The rooms stank a lot of crack heads in the area , didn’t know it was a non smoking room since it’s a outdoor motel and the workers who were fixing the rooms he gave me a pass and told me not to smoke in their and that I wasn’t smoking in my room so I ain’t get kicked out , he then went next door to talk about me to other customers out their in the area about me smoking in the room

Disappointing

the room had a unpleasant smell but I always carry freshener just in case. there was a used cupcake paper on the floor when we arrived so made me think was room really cleaned. staff was unfriendly and we will not recommend or ever stay there again. security was not at all. the back door was left unlocked at all times.

Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air conditioning still wasn't working. The clerk was confused and upset that I wanted to cancel my stay. Was charged for one night, even though I couldn't even stay in the room. Otherwise got a refund for the remaining balance.

I didn’t expect much, but it definitely was below what I was expecting. There was no one at the front desk for check in. After waiting 10 minutes, I called 0 to let them know, no one was there to assist. Someone showed and got me checked in. When I entered the building to get to my room, the smell was terrible. Then, I get to my room walk in, it smelled so stale, and was so hot. I got the air turned on and started moving the air which made it a little better. The window ledges, inside the cabinets, on top of the refrigerator, and inside the pillow cases had ants. I know that’s normal, but not inside the pillow cases. The room was dirty. It had debris particles everywhere.

I was somewhat surprised b the dated condition of the property. Spartan conditions and a very saggy bed.
