Staff not very responsive Handicap rooms awful - beds too low

Rooms 1. We couldn't check in because the rooms were NOT ready even as a BONVOY memeber. 2. Rooms were automatically locked at 11 am and we were locked out. 3. They could NOT honor my request

The bed was very comfortable. The whole facility was spotless.

Parking is very difficult to locate. I ended up paying for parking at a bank right next door just so I could get into the building before dark. When I asked the check in lady where parking is she said “yeah we have to explain how to get there for everyone because it’s underground and hard to find.” Maybe have more signs up? Or more information on the signs that are up. I followed signs for parking that are literally on the hotel property , corner but it’s not their parking!

Great place to stay. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great stay. Clean hotel annd easy check in. Only thing I could complain about is you have to pay for parking, but it’s in a downtown area so that’s expected.

The staff was professional and friendly. the front desk staff always greeted me and checked to see if I needed anything. The ladies at the Bistro were always smiling and their service was exceptional.

Great location for our trip. Nice to be able to walk out to a large number of restaurants in the evening. Hotel was nice and clean and fairly quiet.

Sometimes out of their control, but a water line had broken and when it was resolved the water came out brown and red for several hours. It was quite gross and shocking when I turned the faucets on. I wish I had known about the issues before hand.

The property charged me for two days when I only spent one night. It seems it is very difficult get receive my money back for one day I did not stay. The property waited a full day and a half to check me out when I returned the keys to the room on Sunday morning before 6 am.
