La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Deer Park

Also, there was not a selection of tea bags for hot tea.

Room and corridor smelt damp.

Also, checkout being 1100, house keeping will enter EVEN WITH DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON DOOR at 9am

Exceptional

The king room was huge! Air conditioner works great, only thing is no way to soak only shower in this one.

Limpio el lavabo gar y atento el agua ersonal

The shower didn’t even work. I tried to tell them and instead they blamed it on me saying I didn’t know how to use the shower. That is common sense. I’m a grown adult I know how to use a shower. It was broken I have a video of it too.

Clean room

The quality of the room and facilities. All good

Room was clean, and breakfast was standard. Not a crazy place to stay, but comfortable and reasonable.

I was at one location and mistakenly booked at another location for the same day and was denied a refund from the location I did not stay at. I will not be staying at this chain going forward. Very disappointing experience.

The people were kind, but the room they put me in half of the outlets did not work. They were doing remodeling/replacing AC units so there was a constant hammering going on throughout the day. The drain for the bathtub was just a loose thing that covered the drain hole (not that anyone would want to take a bath at a hotel). The television had a red hue across the top of the display. My biggest complaint is that an executive suite/room had a port for ethernet, but it along with the rest of the outlets on the wall, did not work.

Location The floor in the room was wet and a dehumidifier was running. My grandson switched rooms and in the second room the tv was disconnected and on the floor. There was a dehumidifier in this room as well. It was almost 2 AM so my grandson just went to bed. Very poor and way overpriced.
