Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield

Exceptional

The front desk starting with the older lady with the glasses. She was Phenomenal. Everything was perfect you guys rock.

No complaints! Everything I needed to was taken care of.

Spacious and clean room. Overall a beautiful Hotel. My only issue was that there were two guest for my room but the number of towels was for one guest. Despite that minor issue I would definitely return. Additionally the Breakfast was actually quite nice.

Nice place to stay again. If it’s in your price range. Stay

Clean rooms

Security—the doors to the hotel from the back parking lot have a card scanner; however, when I returned to the hotel at 11:30 PM, the doors were unlocked. I doubt they are ever locked.

Exceptional

The property was clean. Pretty straightforward. I did not like how they did not clean the room and replace linens. A hotel should do this without question. It is my only complaint.

Rooms were good size

Cant say enough about how friendly the staff was and how clean the room was!

and comfortable

Construction

Accidentally left my woman’s watch there. I wanted to know if you guys found it please let us know. Thank you.

They were ok w their communication n be more friendly.

No one picked up when I called the front desk or housekeeping. There wasn’t coffee available during the evening.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. When we checked in at 6 PM after a long day, we found out that our room wasn’t ready. The gentleman checking us in explained that the engineer needed to check our room for leaks because it had been raining. He also explained that they had one cleaning lady to clean 200 rooms at that point I knew our room wasn’t clean. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, but we could barely hear it from our room because it was so faint. The only reason I knew there was a fire alarm is because the bank of elevators wasn’t working for most of the morning. This hotel is run so poorly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice staff. The check in lobby was under construction/maintenance, so they had a temporary check in desk, which was made convenient to find. The staff were nice. Good experience.

Great property for the price
