An English Garden Bed & Breakfast

Excellent stay! Would stay again!

Very nice B&B. Very close to the beach. Rooms are excellent. Most appear to have balconies. There are compact refrigerators on each level (not in rooms) for use by guests. Also a small microwave oven. There was construction next door while we were there but it was not a problem. It will be a brand new park next year and should make your stay even better. The breakfast room is very nice with plenty of windows and seating. The breakfasts are ‘chef’s choice’ for that morning. We were there for 3 days and one day we had pancakes, another eggs and third morning french toast. We would happily stay there again.

Excellent B&B near the ocean in a great area

The first time we stay here and we love it. The room is small but neatly arranged and nice decorated with all the necessary and clean. The breakfast is simple but very good and made per order, love the dining room decoration. The kitchen are nice.

The location was great. The hotel was sort of clean but not great.

Great breakfasts!

I loved being so close to the beach, as carrying an 8 month old baby this was extremely convenient! The area in which the airbnb is located was lovely, breakfast was alright. The main dining area and lobby area were charming with lots of attention to detail. Our suite was spacious, however the bed could use a new mattress as it was extremely uncomfortable along with the sheets and pillows. We woke up achy , resulting in my husband sleeping on the couch instead.

The breakfast were delicious and refreshing.

The English Garden B&B has potential. Room needed repairs, small and not soundproofed. Dining room was bright, breakfast was ok. The summer employees were courteous.

This property was just ok. It was clean and cozy, however for the price I was expecting more. The bed was very loud and there are some upgrades that would be beneficial. The breakfast was good, however I was told that the place didn't have any beach chairs, even though they were advertised.

Clean and welcoming location. Breakfast was great. We had a good view of the beach from our balcony. Perfect distance to walk to the beach!

My husband and I came for a 3 night getaway. It was perfect! The location is a block from the beach. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The neighborhood is lovely. The hosts cooked a delicious breakfast which was served in the sweetly decorated breakfast room each morning. Our room was tastefully decorated and our view from the balcony was spectacular!

Bkfst was amazing! Location great, walking distance to private beach & restaurants We plan on rebooking for a future stay!

Great breakfast. Clean room. Breakfast was the only time we interacted with any staff and they were pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

My husband stayed two nights and had a wonderful stay. Good breakfast each morning and greeted warmly. This property is very close to a private beach with towels and chairs provided. It was what I call a “win-win”.

Breakfast nice. Nice staff.

Clean room. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was delicious We had a very peaceful, enjoyable getaway

The staff at An English Garden Bed & Breakfast were amazing. Cal was incredibly accessible and responded to both calls and texts via his cell phone. There was a slow drain in the tub, which he fixed within an hour or so of my request. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was happy to offer advice on what to see and do around the Cape. He also was just a genuinely friendly person who cared about the guests. Courtney and Cal made breakfasts including fluffy pancakes, French toast, omelets, lemon bread, muffins, and other items. Everything was delicious. Along with Cal and Courtney, Sofia was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go, and Maria was helpful answering logistical questions over the phone before we arrived (as was Cal). The B & B was very clean and updated. The breakfast room was bright and had nice views of the beach and flowers (many hydrangeas) around the property. The sitting room was very pleasant and quaint. The English Tea Set on the wall along the entryway by the stairs was a nice touch. Our room and balcony on the third floor overlooked the water, and what will be a nice park within a year or so, along with parts of the neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here (but hope it remains the hidden gem it is too!).

Food was very good
