Super comfy bed. Super friendly staff gave great recommendation for a delicious and fun Mexican restaurant that was an enjoyable walk from the hotel. Warm brownies upon check-in put the biggest smile on our faces after having driven in traffic in the rain to get to hotel. I highly recommend The Indigo in LoDo.

Location. We only picked this hotel because we are IHG Ambassador members… however, besides late check out, nothing of our membership was honored. We did not even get our daily bar credits. Staff was overall rude. Lobby, bartender and waitress at the restaurant.

Such a lovely stay. Great location
-
The staff was terrific - friendly, and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent and convenient. Best of all was the location: near Union Station, downtown entertainment, and Coors Field.
-
The AC and fan were super loud. When it kicked off, it sounded like plane taking off, literally. We did like the walk-in shower. The hotel staffs were friendly. Also loved that whole food is right at the corner.
-
Cleanliness, staff, comfort of bed A comfortable chair in the room, room was a little tight

It was only a couple block walk from the train depot and the 16th St. shopping area where we caught a free bus The hotel gave us some amenities a glass of wine with dinner from their restaurant and we got a $5 credit from their lil store each day..:we went to red rock amphitheater for a concert the shuttle that we caught was right there by the train depot plus there was a whole foods & cvs I would highly recommend it

I made a mistake on the reservation and booked us one day short. So they were nice enough to give us the same room for a night...only they charged me $75 more than what I was paying. At least that's what the lady at the desk said. Then at checkout we find out it was over $100 more and I said "hang on that's higher than what she told me the other day" and she brushed it off and said "yeah that's your rate." At that point what could I do because we'd already slept in the room. I understand I made the mistake but I don't feel like they had to keep jacking the rate up for someone that already booked a stay with them. Wasn't the most shining moment of the trip for me.

location was great and close to everything we wanted to see and do. free cookies in the lobby were a nice bonus, but all around it was a nice place. Staff was very helpful, property was nice and centrally located. Would recommend it.

Great location for ball game. Stairs back and forth over the train tracks to Union Station is a little aggravating but nothing unmanageable. Great hotel at a good price.
-
Our room was small and the bathroom with a small space to put your personal stuff. Only one mirror in the bathroom room, and place to put your clothes
-
The rooms were not ready at check in and they made us late for all our other activities that might
-
Terrible location and difficult to find. No valet and the rooms were dark with concrete everywhere-not very welcoming.
-
The room was very clean and the beds were so very comfortable. The location was okay. I had to pay for a Lyft to Conor’s field and i felt like a shuttle should have been provided since I am handicaped and on a budget. When we checked in the hotel the two young ladies that were there were not very nice. When we checked out the young lady that helped us was really nice. I also had to pay for overnight parking and it should have been included in the price of the hotel stay.
