Nice stay

The shuttle bus was dirty and obviously very used. We asked the driver to take us to Southwest ticket at Denver airport and he let us out at the opposite side of the airport. We had to walk around the airport to the other side of passenger drop off, about a half mile. I should have never tipped him.

Great stay!

Great location to the airport and perfect stop for solo female travelers.

Clean room and breakfast was great!

It’s great for a layover with access to airport shuttle. It’s a little isolated for a longer stay. Free breakfast was a great perk.

From the time we walked in, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very nice. With the exception of the feather pillows (my husband is allergic). Not their fault. I found one for him to use in the closet, and I used a throw pillow from the couch. I could have easily called down for more. We went to the restaurant for dinner, and it was delicious. Smooth check-out. Husband accidentally left his phone in the room. He didn't realize it until we were at security in the airport. I called the hotel, and they were VERY helpful in connecting me with UPS. They boxed it and shipped it to us in Texas. Angel called to confirm they received the shipping label and again once UPS had picked it up. Customer Service at it's BEST! Thank you Hyatt Place at Pena` Station/Dever Airport.

The only disappointment for this hotel - and many US hotels - is the lack of awareness about vegan food. If a hotel is offering food, they should be prepared to serve EVERY paying guest. We stayed here two days - the first day the kitchen ran out of the only plant-based milk for coffee, and the only substantive item was oatmeal. Meanwhile, there were trays full of scrambled eggs, bacon, and other non-plant based items or sugary foods unsuitable for our diabetic-prone citizenry. The US hospitality industry could take a lesson from their European counterparts, who in my experience provide equally copious and delicious plant-based items. While we typically have to endure this irritating slight whenever we travel in the US, we commend this hotel’s Food and Beverage Director, Andrew, who when our disappointing food selection was brought to his attention, the next morning there was fresh fruit available (which was already almost empty at 7 am, ample plant milk, and a specially made breakfast of our choice - a prepared salad that was robust and delicious. We genuinely appreciated that our immediate need was addressed and sincerely hope to see more vegans speak out about this lack of awareness. Again, we paid for the same service and refuse to remain quiet about the hospitality industry’s ignorance.

Everything was great 👍 Cannot say enough good things about this facility!

It was a short stay overnight before our early morning flight. Did not experience the breakfast as we left too early. They did have coffee out for the early risers. Gym and pool looked nice, Rooms were modern and up to date and bed was comfy

Great hotel close to Denver airport. Easy check-in/out. Close to plenty of good restaurants. The airport shuttle was a nice amenity. Comfortable beds and clean room. The only minor inconvenience was a loud air conditioning unit. Has my recommendation and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay to be close to the airport

Close to airport, clean, friendly staff & free shuttle. Great stay for an early flight out of DIA!

The room, property and breakfast were very nice. The only disappointment was The Placery, the associated restaurant. The menu looked good. But due to a special event, when we wanted to eat we were told it would be at least an hour wait. If we had been told of this when we checked in we may have been able to plan around the event.
