The place was OK. The staff was nice. Dog friendly.

The location was great, close to red rocks and not a far drive to downtown Denver The sheets and towels were all stained. The bed had crumbs in it like the sheets hadn’t been changed.

Location The room smelt like urine. The towels had hair and stains from previous guest, shower was dirty, and toilet had stains.

- We booked a Deluxe Double room with 2 double beds but the property only provided 2 single beds, due to which we had to book an extra room last minute. Horrible experience

The location The tub needs to be replaced, the curtain needs to be replaced. The plugs need to be updated to include USB ports. Better breakfast options.

Never have any issues with this location! Clean, friendly, and safe.

Good place to stay not much of a breakfast but their is a Dennys in walking distance

We have stayed at this hotel many times. I think they updated quite a few things since our last day. Great pillows. New fridge. Room was very clean and quiet.

Personal staff, Service, clean room. Never got warm water. Cold showers suck ... literally cold both in the evening and in the morning. If it would have been hot, would have given you 10 out of 10. Expectations in a hotel stay: friendly staff, quiet and clean room, good bed and pullows, clean towels, and a hot shower.

Didn't eat there The hot water boiler has been down for a long time according to people that were staying there This is ridiculous that there was no hot water or very little. Sheer curtains are torn, no plastic holder for coffee dispenser had to treat it like hot water maker and used coffee pod as tea bag Was insulted that I didn't look like my ID and I said I had had a couple bad years and she laughed She didn't notice it was going to be renewed in the next few months.

No hot water this morning to shower.

Our stay was just ok. I'm not sure I will stay here again though. We arrived about an hour early so we went straight to the hotel. We got there and no one was at the desk we waited about 15:min finally a woman said "I'll be right there folks" I gave her my name and she said there is currently a $50 charge for early check in. I said, " nope we will just wait" so that was the first damper. We finally checked in and the room was so hot we turned on the AC and literally left of kon all night non stop. The worst part was the cold showers we had to take. The water did not get hot let alone warm at all. At 7am. We did let the person know at check out and she just said "aww I'm sorry about that" . So we will probably not stay here again. Giving them a 3 is generous

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, location was perfect to all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and comfortable at the location. We had some issues with the shower temperature. When someone in a nearby room showered or flushed the toilet the water temperature would either go hot or cold. Shower had good water pressure.

Hard boiled eggs were a little over cooked. Apples were wonderful, oranges looked old. Waffle was good.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast options.
