Convenient location. Iffy neighborhood.

We have been going there for years. The price is usually what you pay for! This weekend we were disappointed, things were not as clean and maintenance of building is lacking. It’s still one of the better places to stay, in the area. But please do better!

Would go back again! Great place.
-
Rooms themselves are tired, we also didnt have enough supplies, towels etc.

The staff was excellent
-
Food and Beverage was a little expensive

It was a nice experience and we will be staying there again in the future

I enjoyed my stay. The Renaissance is a clean and pleasant establishment, with helpful and professional staff.

Great hotel, beautiful inside and the staff was amazing

Nice stopover, and it's close to South Denver. As others alluded to, there’s a literal building next door filled with drug addicts. Not sure if it’s an abandoned building or not, but there were a couple of fights, and heroin was being shot up. At night, and with a family, I don’t recommend walking that sidewalk. All said, none of that bothered me. I’m from a LA, so that stuff is there too. Just a heads up is all. The brewery behind the hotel is top-tier, and the hotel itself was nice, except the shower didn't have hot water a couple of times (bad bad bad)

Nice lounges, modern decor, lots of spaces to work or relax. Enjoyed the game room, but be prepared to pay for games. Comfy beds! Not a walkable neighborhood, but good central location to los if Denver attractions.

Everyone was so friendly I enjoyed the stay for my bday. I want to give a shoutout to Valery she did her thing at the front desk. Everything was great. Just wished the food was a bit more affordable for the portion that you’re getting from the restaurant.

The chill environment

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Allowed early check in. Food was good!!! No shuttle to and from airport. Too close to homeless population!
-
Guest services staff were very friendly and helpful. Guest rooms were not up to par as far as amenities go. Refrigerator and safe were not working and room service only attempted to clean room 1x and gave up when we had ‘do not disturb’ on the door. Towels were rough and one had holes in it.

Room was cleaned every day a plus others in the area were every other day. Staff was awesome answered all the questions. Property was clean very quiet.
