We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was also excellent and convenient to everything we needed. Overall, a really nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't get a good night sleep..

The food and service at the restaurant were very good. We stayed in a smaller room - and it is small - but we had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable with nice linens. Also, the air-conditioning worked well. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cute and great location! Loved it!

Nice clean room, great location. Valet parking a little expensive but felt safer than the nearby parking lots

Customer service was outstanding, the facilities outside of the room were as one would expect of a Denver hotel. I give our stay a solid 4 stars. I'm the type of person who gives everything the benefit of the doubt. The kind lady at the desk was very helpful. She gave us a key to a room on the ground floor a few minutes before the 4:00PM checkin. Walking in the room, I felt an immediate claustophobic reaction because I hadn't anticipated a small room with gray walls and the windows were way above my head. The desk lady gladly gave us another room, to my surprise the room was the same small size and color but the lower windows helped me. Room size and color are the only thing stopping me from awarding 5 stars. Small rooms should be brightly colored to offset the size whereas darker colors accentuate the small size.

A 1956 public school building transformed to a hotel was done beautifully. The room is very comfortable. I would have liked for the room to have black out curtains. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

Immaculate hotel in a former school. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, funky school decor in common areas. Very convenient to convention center, Coors field and Ball arena.

My favorite place to stay in Denver. The service is exceptional and the staff are super welcoming. Rooms are super nice and have all the amenities.

She never apologized but instead told us how busy she was and that her job is not to clean any guest rooms and that she’s not responsible for how long the cleaning takes. When we asked to speak with a manager, she rolled her eyes and said “I guess so”. Manger did comp us two drinks and gave us an upgraded room for an extra $20. Manger was great. Super polite and professional. I still would not recommended this hotel based on our check in problems. A Four Star hotel should employee polite individuals to make sure their guests are taken care of. Disappointing we had to experience such rude behavior from a front desk staff professional.
