TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park

When we got into our room the carpet was never vacuumed. We stayed two nights. No one told us that we needed to inform them we wanted enough towels for two days and to have our beds made.... and for someone to VACUUM the room we paid a lot of money for. Also, when we arrived back at the hotel on the evening of the first night of the stay we drove around the parking lot for 30 minutes looking for a parking space.... we ended up parking a block away had to walk with a child in the pitch dark over areas with not pavement. This is unacceptable for the price we paid.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay the room was spotless , housekeeping was also provided in a timely manner , the staff were friendly overall my one of the best Marriott's I've visited 10/10.

Nice Hotel but no daily housekeeping and free parking lot, you have to pay $15 per day for parking a car after you check-in, it's why I gave 3/5

We stayed at this hotel two nights before our road trip and one night after. The hotel was great, huge fridge and kitchenette were highly appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Couple of things I did not like: parking charge is not necessary, this is not downtown or airport. I've never had to pay for parking outside of downtown, I haven't realized it till someone mentioned it in a review. The second thing: hotel rents long term to individuals so there were people with huge dogs which were left alone and barking each time we moved.

Plus the breakfast is big and awesome. Great if you are staying for a while. One less meal you have to purchase on your trip.

My mother experienced some issues with her asthma in the first room we were in and the staff got us moved to a new room right away. We greatly appreciate them adressing the issue and moving us

Staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel was centrally located and is in safe neighborhood. It is near costco, restaurants, gas stations, and airport. The property is properly maintained and has good amenities. The daily breakfast was pretty good. The staff were nice and professional. The suite room that we booked was nice and spacious. Highly recommended!

When booking on Booking.com, nowhere on the site does it disclose that there is a parking fee. When checking in, the lady at the front desk asked me “do you need a parking pass for your vehicle?” And I said “yes.” This was her chance to disclose that there is a $16 PER NIGHT fee for parking at the hotel. She chose NOT to mention that at check in. Then, I got a charge for almost $70 for parking!!! When I called and asked the lady why they don’t disclose the parking fee at check in she replied “we do not need to tell you that, it is on our website in the fine print” EXCUSE ME??? You don’t need to tell me that you will be charging me $70 extra?? That doesn’t need to be disclosed?? There are several other reviews about this. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY EXTRA PARKING FEES!!! Choose another hotel that doesn’t charge or will atleast disclose important information about fees when checking in. That’s a scam.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly, will definitely come back to this hotel.

A month ago, I booked for someone else. That person was absolutely delighted with the location, the accessibility, and the breakfast delicious; the place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were very soft.

The rooms are designed for long stays, however, we had an issue with one of the appliances in the kitchenette. Not a big deal, just a bit inconvenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location.

The hotel was adequate for the whole family.
