Had a restful night, clean room can’t ask for much more

Thank you for the welcomed stay

Very nice, new hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable. Was able to keep the room super cold like I like (some hotels will not go below 70 degrees). Rooms were quiet even with lots of sports teams there.

Nice new hotel in Norwalk. Great staff. Convenient location.

Fantastic, newer property. Incredibly clean, breakfast was standard fare. Only complaint was that the conditioner in the shower was empty.

Stayed before and loved it! Very clean room. But now, a lot of stuff happening at night. Night staff Great, Day staff not at all. Police were called for drugs in an upstairs room and kicked people out. Our room downstairs smelled from it. So busy the next day, we could hardly get through the lobby to our car.. Nice breakfast. Won't stay there again because it seems to be getting unsafe.

The front desk staff was very kind. The environment was clean and our kids enjoyed the outside pool. Our suite was well furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable. Thank you! We will be returning! Great location in a quiet town that offers amny places to eat and shop.

Four retired women going to the State Fair in Iowa. Had a really good experience here. Front staff was very cooperative when we had a minor glitch with our TV. They ran right upstairs and worked on it

Clean room and good breakfast

Very clean Not enough breakfast choices

New hotel, nice location, pleasant staff and good breakfast. Housekeeping staff needs improvement.

No bar soap to wash hands, kleenex box empty, pathetically low water pressure, no bedding for pull out sofa. When I made the reservation the price was $151 for Friday night. I had to call the hotel and add Thursday night. Imagine my utter shock after we checked out on Saturday and I looked at the receipt and it was $647.00. I am sharing our experience and encouraging others to avoid your hotel chain.

This is a new property with a great location. A restaurant/bar is next store. Starbucks across the street. Sports complex within walking distance. I wish I could have stayed longer!
